Dear Henrik:
Initially, I had gotten several estimates for the copper repiping of my home. I can’t begin to tell how glad I am that I chose Henrik for the job. My sales rep, David was very knowledgeable and thorough but the best part was that he didn’t try to “push" me into signing a contract. His confidence in the company and its employees sold me and I called the very next day.

The next morning, Vahag, Sevak, and Vazrik arrived, on time, and explained everything they were going to do. They did the job exactly as promised and cleaned up afterward. I experienced no inconvenience throughout the process and couldn’t be happier.

It was the same with the drywall guys although I did not get their names. Very pleasant, cleaned up and I could not tell the difference where the holes in the walls were except the difference in the paint color.

Everyone, including your office staff was wonderful to work with. Ani always tried to accommodate my work schedule and the fact that she could get the city inspector to arrive before I had to leave for work was more than appreciated.

Thank you for installing my new whole house water filtration system in my house over three months ago.

It is our pleasure to share with you our comments concerning your personnel who re-piped our house.

We found them to be most courteous, and they worked to keep our house as clean as possible. They went the extra mile to be sure that the shut off valves were in a convenient place to make it easier for us to turn the water off. The job was completed in one day. Our personal inspection found that they had done an excellent job in installing the pipe. They cleaned up the entire old galvanized pipe and hauled it away. We were very pleased with Arthur. When my wife Nancy and I noticed your ad in the telephone book we were impressed with the fact you were re-piping specialists and you did not have an extensive list of other jobs you did. When Richard came to our home and discussed the details of the re-piping with us, we gladly signed the contract.

The day of the re-piping, three neb arrived at time and worked all day with only a � hour lunch break. When the Burbank City inspector arrived the next day, we told him it was a Henrik job. He said, “Yes, I know their work. It’s excellent".

The third day the patching arrived at 8:00 A.M. and he worked 6 hours non-stop. He did an excellent job as did everyone working at our home. It was the best money we could have spent. The water pressure is wonderful and my showers alone have been reduced by 50 % of time spent. Your employees at our house were neat, respectful of our property and honest.

As the author of three best selling non-fiction books, I could write a book on the virtues of Henrik Plumbing. But I will condense it here so you don’t have to stay up all night reading it.

My home is a one story, built in the 1950s and most of the old galvanized pipes are clogged with calcium – and – buried in the slab. What a plumber’s nightmare. Six years ago, I was forced to copper re-pipe from the main and into one bathroom as there was virtually no flow. My neighbor had used Henrik and raved about them, so I got a bid from them and three other companies. Henrik came in mid range in price, but due to the enthusiastic recommendation I used them.

They had to cut through a custom stone driveway and when they left and repaired the driveway you could not tell they were ever there. But the real test came at the end of 2006 when old rotten pipes were bursting and vales leaking with my regular plumber coming to fix things almost monthly. My plumber told me I had to re-pipe the rest of the four bedroom three bath house. He gave me an estimate of $10,000.

Of course I called Henrik. Copper re-pipe is all they do. With their expertise, they pointed out all the hidden problems as well as solutions that my plumber was never even aware of, as well as how to avoid having to pipe through the flat roof. Believe it or not, their bid was for $5400.

Henrik told me they could complete the re-pipe in two days. Believe me, this was a monster job, and how often do people in the trades keep to schedule? Their crew of six men included an electrician. They did now walk to their truck for materials, they ran. A small section of the house has a crawl space that required a circus contortionist to get into to weld pipe. Previously, my termite inspector refused to go into it. The Henrik man crawled in, did his work, and emerged looking like the creature from the black lagoon. At the end of day two, they were gone and the next day the patch team came in and did a great job. Their crews are wonderful, trustworthy, honest guys.

This is the only re-pipe company in the world for me, and their integrity shines through.
